Hoy vamos a ver las diferentes formas de lanzar un Frisbee.
Backhand
You have to place four fingers under the rim of the disc and your thumb on top.
Finger Flip
You have to place the thumb on top and your first two fingers in the rim.
Thumber
Place your thumb on the rim and four fingers on the top.
Overhand Wrist Flip
With the wrist cocked backwards, swing your arm above your shoulder and throw.
Between the Legs
You have to take a long step forward. You leave a space between the legs for the right arm to throw the disc.
Cowboy
You have to leave the arm straight and grabbing the disc perpendicular to the ground. You take a step forward with the opposite leg while you bring the arm forward, then you throw the disc.
